Among these is extensive behind-the-scenes footage of David Lynch making the A Limited Event Series, 20-30 minute pieces titled “Behind the Curtain.” It also contains a newly-shot interview with Kyle MacLachlan and Sheryl Lee looking back at the Twin Peaks phenomenon, while another featurette finds Deputy Andy and Lucy from the Sheriff’s Station-actors Harry Goaz and Kimmy Robertson-sharing fond Twin Peaks memories. The limited edition box set will include over six hours of all-new special features. Each package also contains a set of 5″ x 5″ printed cards evoking the Red Room, as well as an individually numbered collectible certificate. And to make this all extra evocative of the show’s most iconic setting, seated in front of the red curtain will be an exclusive acrylic figure of Laura Palmer kissing Special Agent Dale Cooper. Inside will be a depiction of the Black Lodge, also known as the Red Room. Twin Peaks: From Z to A’s special packaging will find the exterior box adorned with a vista of Ghostwood Forest. The title of this collection is, of course, a reference to the backwards talking “Little Man from Another Place” who inhabited the series’ mysterious Red Room. Featuring 21 discs, this new box set will have a run of only 25,000 copies and is set to arrive in North America on December 10. Now for the first time ever, the entirety of Twin Peaks is packaged together in one definitive limited edition Twin Peaks: From Z to A.

And then in 2017, over a quarter of century after Laura Palmer told Agent Cooper she’d “see him again in 25 years,” Twin Peaks returned for an 18-part limited series event. Although it only lasted two brief seasons, the series was followed up by the cult classic prequel film Fire Walk With Me two years later. Next year marks 30 years since David Lynch and Mark Frost changed television forever with their groundbreaking series Twin Peaks.
